Death of two markers

Description

So the background of this is a flower representing the human body. And those strokes and stripes leaving the flower, represent the mind/soul. While the flower (human body) is a primitive and simple shell, the actual complexity of a creature is the mind that is imprisoned in that limited and primitive shell of a flower (the human body).

The title is "Death of two markers", because I actually wanted to fill out the whole upper part of the paper with these uh..., I´ll just call them "life-strokes" for now (since they usually represent life in my drawings), life-strokes but two of my 0.1 markers died on me during the process. And since 0.1 is the thickest tip I use for the life-strokes and these two were my last 0.1 markers, I almost cried and finished the drawing like this.

~Two black FaberCastell Ecco Pigment markers, size 0.1 mm were killed in action during the making of this drawing.~

Very nice work. Your style has a unique quality that I find intriguing.
May the markers rest in peace.
